Cancellations & Returns

It is important to Calgonstore.com that our customers are happy with the quality of service and products they receive. Calgonstore.com will issue a full refund or send a replacement product on any item if your original product is returned within 5 days of original delivery. Follow the instructions provided in your package. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Unfortunately, retail stores are unable to accept website returns.
